There are 1000+ houses available for sale within the Doncaster area on Rightmove our recent research shows and as we mainly operate within and know this area of South Yorkshire we brought these local stats so they are also more appealing to our local readers. Zoopla actually shows it more precisely with over 1300 houses for sale in Doncaster but there may be a difference between these two as some agents only list their houses on one of the two property portals. Regardless of this though this is still a pretty impressive number and the higher it gets the harder you have to work to get your property noticed on this crowded market.

We understand it is not east though to sell your house in the current climate.
